With the cold weather approaching today, please keep these tips in mind to prevent pipes from freezing. You can also open cabinet doors to allow heat to reach pipes in the kitchen and bathrooms. If you encounter an emergency, please take appropriate action to remediate to prevent any further damage and contact Palmer Property immediately.

The November meeting minutes and financials were approved at our 1/11/2023 board meeting. These documents are now available to view under the Residents tab.
The December financials have not yet been approved.
To send a MASS email to all residents, click on the down arrow next to your user name and then click “CONTACTS” then scroll down to My Groups and click "All Residents".
Click the blue envelope to the right and that will allow you to send out a mass email.
