The November meeting minutes and financials were approved at our 1/11/2023 board meeting. These documents are now available to view under the Residents tab.
The December financials have not yet been approved.

The May, June, July, and October meeting minutes and the June, July, August, September, and October financials were approved at our 11/9/2022 board meeting. These documents are now available to view under the Residents tab.

As we enter the fall and winter holiday seasons, we would like to remind everyone that decorations or other items must not be hung on, attached to, or placed around the new exterior light fixtures (garage, side, porch, deck, or basement patio).
This will help prevent damage to the fixtures and ensure they remain in good working condition.
