The November meeting minutes and the November and December financials were approved at our 1/12/2022 board meeting. These documents are now available to view under the Residents tab.
As we enter the fall and winter holiday seasons, we would like to remind everyone that decorations or other items must not be hung on, attached to, or placed around the new exterior light fixtures (garage, side, porch, deck, or basement patio).
This will help prevent damage to the fixtures and ensure they remain in good working condition.
To send a MASS email to all residents, click on the down arrow next to your user name and then click “CONTACTS” then scroll down to My Groups and click "All Residents".
Click the blue envelope to the right and that will allow you to send out a mass email.
