Pet Owners: Please make sure that your dog is always on a leash when outside of your unit - whether it is in your driveway, the street, or the yard. Dogs must be leashed at ALL times. Cats must be inside at ALL times. We do not allow outdoor cats. Please make sure you are picking up after your dog immediately.

Vehicle Traffic/Speed: There has been a noticeable increase in vehicles traveling excessively fast throughout the neighborhood, especially on Steeplechase Drive coming/going from Louis Street. Not only are the intersections and the corners dangerous at any time but given the height of the current snowbanks this makes it even more dangerous for those trying to pull in/out of their driveways.  Please make sure your speed through our complex is ­10mph, at most. Anyone seen going excessively fast and not being respectful of the SLOW signs in our neighborhood will be fined $25 per occurrence.
