The September 2025 meeting minutes were approved at our 10/21/25 Board meeting.
August and September financials were not approved and will be reviewed again at the November Board meeting.
The minutes are now available to view under the Residents tab.
Please note that August and September financials will not be posted on the website until they are corrected and approved by the Board.

The June 2025 meeting minutes and June and July 2025 financials were approved at our 9/30/25 Board meeting.
These documents are now available to view under the Residents tab.
To send a MASS email to all residents, click on the down arrow next to your user name and then click “CONTACTS” then scroll down to My Groups and click "All Residents".
Click the blue envelope to the right and that will allow you to send out a mass email.
