The proposed amendments to the Rules and Regulations were voted on and accepted by the Board at our 9/13/2023 board meeting. The updated document is available to view under the Residents tab.

The May meeting minutes and the May, June, July, and August financials were approved at our 9/13/2023 board meeting. These documents are now available to view under the Residents tab.

If you need to send an email out to all Residents, please go to the Message Center. The Message Center can be found by clicking the down arrow next to Account & Profile under your username in the upper right corner of the website underneath the heading picture. Once in the Message Center, scroll down to My Groups. You should see one called "All Residents". Click the blue envelope to the right and that will allow you to send out a mass email. Please only use the Neighborhood Watch feature to report any crimes, lost or stolen items, etc.
