Both the March meeting minutes and April 7th Special Meeting Minutes as well as the February and March financials were approved at our 4/12/2023 board meeting. These documents are now available to view under the Residents tab.

The February meeting minutes were approved at our 3/8/2023 board meeting. The February financials required further review and will be on the agenda for approval at the April meeting.
The minutes are now available to view under the Residents tab.

If you need to send an email out to all Residents, please go to the Message Center. The Message Center can be found by clicking the down arrow next to Account & Profile under your username in the upper right corner of the website underneath the heading picture. Once in the Message Center, scroll down to My Groups. You should see one called "All Residents". Click the blue envelope to the right and that will allow you to send out a mass email. Please only use the Neighborhood Watch feature to report any crimes, lost or stolen items, etc.
